કૃષિ મિત્ર એપ્લિકેશન અથવા વેબ પોર્ટલનો ઉપયોગ કરીને, તમે આ નિયમો અને શરતો સાથે બંધાવા માટે સંમતિ આપો છો. જો તમે આ શરતો સાથે સહમત ન હોવ, તો કૃપા કરીને એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ કરશો નહીં.

આ સેવા ભારતના તમામ ખેડૂતો, ખેત મજૂરો, વેપારીઓ અને કૃષિ ભાગીદારો માટે ઉપલબ્ધ છે જેઓ ૧૮ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ ઉંમર ધરાવે છે.

कृषि मित्र एप्लिकेशन या वेब पोर्टल का उपयोग करके, आप इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से बाध्य होने की सहमति देते हैं। यदि आप इन शर्तों से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग न करें।

यह सेवा भारत के सभी किसानों, कृषि श्रमिकों, व्यापारियों एवं कृषि साझेदारों हेतु उपलब्ध है जिनकी आयु १८ वर्ष या अधिक है।

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Krushi Mitra application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the application.

This service is accessible to farmers, traders, agricultural laborers, and allied partners across India who are 18 years of age or older.

સેવાઓનું સ્વરૂપ અને ડિજિટલ ખાતાવહી (Digital Khata Ledger) सेवाओं का स्वरूप एवं डिजिटल खाता बही (Digital Khata Ledger) 2. Scope of Services & Digital Khata Ledger

કૃષિ મિત્ર ખેડૂતોને તેમના ખેતરના ખર્ચ, બિયારણ, ખાતર, પાક ઉત્પાદન અને વેપારીઓ સાથેના ઉધાર-જમા વ્યવહારોની ડિજિટલ નોંધણી અને ગણતરી માટે સુરક્ષિત પ્લેટફોર્મ પૂરું પાડે છે.

          જવાબદારી મુક્તિ: તમામ ખાતાવહી એન્ટ્રીઓ ખેડૂત અથવા વપરાશકર્તા દ્વારા જાતે દાખલ કરવામાં આવે છે. કૃષિ મિત્ર કોઈ બેંક નથી અને ખેડૂત-વેપારી વચ્ચેના નાણાકીય લેવડ-દેવડના વાસ્તવિક વિવાદો માટે કોઈ નાણાકીય ગેરંટી આપતું નથી. એપ્લિકેશન માત્ર હિસાબ સાચવવાનું ડિજિટલ સાધન છે.
        

कृषि मित्र किसानों को उनके कृषि खर्च, बीज, उर्वरक, उपज बिक्री और व्यापारियों के साथ उधारी-जमा लेन-देन के डिजिटल हिसाब-किताब हेतु एक सुरक्षित मंच प्रदान करता है।

          दायित्व अस्वीकरण: सभी लेन-देन प्रविष्टियां किसान द्वारा स्वयं दर्ज की जाती हैं। कृषि मित्र कोई बैंकिंग संस्था नहीं है और व्यक्तिगत वित्तीय लेन-देन विवादों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है। यह केवल हिसाब रखने का डिजिटल टूल है।
        

Krushi Mitra provides farmers with an encrypted digital accounting tool to record seed, fertilizer, labor, harvest, and credit-debit transactions with merchants and buyers.

          Ledger Disclaimer: All ledger entries and numbers are self-recorded by the user. Krushi Mitra is not a banking or NBFC institution and bears no liability for commercial settlement disputes between parties. It operates strictly as an organizational bookkeeping software.

એપમાં દર્શાવવામાં આવતા APMC માર્કેટિંગ યાર્ડના પાક બજાર ભાવો અને ૩૩ જિલ્લા હવામાન આગાહી જાહેર ડેટા અને હવામાન API પર આધારિત છે:

માહિતીનો હેતુ: આ ભાવો અને વરસાદની આગાહી માત્ર ખેડૂતોને મદદરૂપ માર્ગદર્શન આપવાના હેતુથી પ્રદર્શિત થાય છે.
કોઈ બાંયધરી નથી: હવામાનમાં કુદરતી અણધાર્યા પલટા અથવા માર્કેટિંગ યાર્ડની વાસ્તવિક હરાજીના ભાવોમાં ફેરફાર માટે કૃષિ મિત્ર જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં. વાવણી કે વેચાણના આખરી નિર્ણયો ખેડૂતે સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિ ચકાસીને લેવા.

ऐप में दिखाए जाने वाले APMC मंडी भाव एवं ३३ जिलों का मौसम पूर्वानुमान सार्वजनिक डेटा और अधिकृत वेदर एपीआई पर आधारित है:

सूचनात्मक उद्देश्य: ये भाव और बारिश का पूर्वानुमान केवल किसानों की योजना में सहायता हेतु है।
कोई बाध्यकारी गारंटी नहीं: प्राकृतिक मौसमी बदलावों या मंडी के वास्तविक नीलामी भावों में भिन्नता के लिए कृषि मित्र उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

APMC mandi commodity prices and 33-district weather advisories displayed within the app originate from verified public data sources and meteorological APIs:

Informative Use Only: These prices and weather alerts serve strictly as planning aids for agricultural operations.
No Financial or Commercial Guarantee: Krushi Mitra disclaims liability for sudden meteorological changes or localized trading variance at market auction yards.

વપરાશકર્તા આચારસંહિતા અને સમુદાય નીતિ (User Conduct) उपयोगकर्ता आचार संहिता एवं समुदाय नीति (User Conduct) 4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

કૃષિ મિત્ર કમ્યુનિટી ચેટ અને ફોરમમાં સભ્ય વર્તન જાળવવું ફરજિયાત છે. નીચે મુજબની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ સખત પ્રતિબંધિત છે:

અન્ય ખેડૂતો કે સભ્યો સાથે અપમાનજનક, અભદ્ર કે હિંસક ભાષાનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.
ખોટી કૃષિ દવાઓ, પ્રતિબંધિત બિયારણ અથવા છેતરપિંડીયુક્ત માહિતી ફેલાવવી.
કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો સ્પામ, બિનજરૂરી જાહેરાતો અથવા અનધિકૃત લિંક્સ મૂકવી.

આ નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરનારનું એકાઉન્ટ તાત્કાલિક અસરથી કાયમ માટે સસ્પેન્ડ કરવામાં આવશે.

कृषि मित्र समुदाय चैट एवं मंच पर शिष्ट आचरण अनिवार्य है। निम्न गतिविधियां पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित हैं:

अन्य सदस्यों के साथ अभद्र, आक्रामक या अपमानजनक भाषा का प्रयोग करना।
नकली कीटनाशक, गैरकानूनी बीज या भ्रामक कृषि दावों का प्रचार करना।
स्पैम, अवांछित विज्ञापन या अनाधिकृत लिंक साझा करना।

उल्लंघन करने वाले उपयोगकर्ता का खाता बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के तत्काल निलंबित किया जा सकता है।

Members of the Krushi Mitra community forum must adhere to mutual respect and civil engagement. The following are strictly prohibited:

Abusive, defamatory, harassing, or hate speech toward any user.
Distribution of fraudulent agricultural claims, counterfeit chemicals, or unverified crop remedies.
Automated scraping, bot messaging, spam, or unsolicited marketing links.

Violations will result in immediate suspension or permanent blacklisting of the account.

ખાતું બંધ કરવાનો અધિકાર & બૌદ્ધિક સંપદા (Account Termination & IP) खाता समाप्ति अधिकार एवं बौद्धिक संपदा (Account Termination & IP) 5. Account Termination, Deletion & Intellectual Property

ખાતું ડિલીટ કરવાનો ખેડૂતનો અધિકાર: પ્રત્યેક ખેડૂત કોઈપણ સમયે પોતાનું એકાઉન્ટ એપમાંથી અથવા અમારી સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ (/delete-account) પરથી ડિલીટ કરી શકે છે. ખેડૂતને આકસ્મિક નુકસાનથી બચાવવા ૩૦ દિવસની રીકવરી વિન્ડો મળે છે, ત્યારબાદ તમામ ડેટા સર્વર પરથી કાયમ માટે નાશ પામે છે.

બૌદ્ધિક સંપદા: કૃષિ મિત્ર એપ્લિકેશન, લોગો, ડિઝાઇન, ડેટાબેઝ આર્કિટેક્ચર અને અલ્ગોરિધમ્સ સંપૂર્ણપણે Milvexa Solutions ની માલિકી હેઠળ છે.

खाता हटाने का अधिकार: प्रत्येक किसान कभी भी ऐप या आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (/delete-account) के माध्यम से अपना खाता हटा सकता है। ३० दिन की वैधानिक रिकवरी अवधि के पश्चात समस्त डेटा सर्वर से स्थायी रूप से मिटा दिया जाता है।

बौद्धिक संपदा: कृषि मित्र का लोगो, डिज़ाइन, सॉफ्टवेयर कोड और ट्रेडमार्क पूर्णतः Milvexa Solutions की बौद्धिक संपदा हैं।

Right to Account Deletion: Any user may terminate and request deletion of their account either via in-app Settings or through our dedicated web portal (/delete-account). A 30-day grace period is provided for accidental cancellations, after which all farm data is permanently erased.

Intellectual Property: All software, branding, trademarks, database schema, and logos belong exclusively to Milvexa Solutions.

સત્તાવાર ન્યાયક્ષેત્ર અને સંપર્ક (Governing Law & Jurisdiction) लागू कानून एवं न्यायक्षेत्र (Governing Law & Jurisdiction) 6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Support

આ નિયમો અને શરતો ભારતના કાયદાઓ (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 અને Information Technology Act 2000) હેઠળ સંચાલિત થાય છે. કોઈપણ વિવાદની પરિસ્થિતિમાં કાનૂની ન્યાયક્ષેત્ર ગુજરાત, ભારતની સક્ષમ અદાલતો રહેશે.

ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारत के कानूनों (DPDP Act 2023 एवं IT Act 2000) के अंतर्गत शासित हैं। किसी भी विधिक विवाद की स्थिति में अनन्य न्यायक्षेत्र गुजरात, भारत की सक्षम अदालतें होंगी।

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
